We've been extremely pleased with ZenDesk for support and customer interaction. However it is missing a dire piece, tracking if folks have actually seen your messages. My Read Receipts provides this information in a big way - know when folks have read the messages you have sent through ZenDesk. The set up is easy and it just works. Definitely a steal for the price!
